When closing a home offer, it's very often the buyer wants the current setup the seller has, such as the TVs and living room furniture. Currently, these real estate agents would have to manually type out these items/prices/descriptions into a long and boring bill of sale and work with all parties involved to ensure it was clear they were getting the items that were described.
This is a time-consuming process for the agents to do and they are here to sell homes, not furniture.

The buyer and agent can sign up with ease, create a new property listing and rooms to start adding items inside. Go and take a picture with your device and tapping anywhere in the photo, tags items being able to list the name, price, and description along with additional photos for detail.
This provides more visibility on letting the home buyer pick exactly what they want and purchase them online. When the deal is closed via escrow, the bill of sale is automatically generated and payment is processed. Think of it as browsing Houzz for new furniture/decor.
A core feature of the app is the automatic generation of a bill of sale for all purchased items. This document is an essential and often overlooked part of the online sale process - protecting both Buyer and Seller with much-needed documentation.
